Participates in the planning, development, scheduling, and the performance of engineering assignments related to the compliance programs and activities, including design, construction, operation and maintenance of the Eversource LNG and LPG facilities. Applies engineering practices as directed by other team members.

Essential Functions:

• Under direction, performs internal compliance assurance activitiesto assess level of compliance with existing and proposed federal, state or industry legislation and regulations.
• Develops and reviews procedures and policies to ensure compliance with company standards and procedures, federal, state and local regulations and codes
• Coordinate the collection of compliance documents to support regulatory filing requirements and information requests
• Assists in the oversite of construction, operation and maintenance activities to ensure specification and code compliance. Ensure compliance with field procedures and the coordination with other Eversource Gas Business Groups
• Reviews purchase requisitions, and invoices related to departmental activity.
• Assists in gas distribution system/LNG restoration efforts during emergencies

Technical Knowledge/Skill/Education/Licenses/Certifications:

Technical Knowledge/Skill:

• Thorough knowledge of liquified natural gas operations and maintenance work practices and procedures
• Knowledge of applicable regulatory code and regulations
• Knowledge of natural gas principles
• Working knowledge of environmental requirements affecting related activities
• Familiarity with MS Office

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.

Experience :

• Minimum of three (3) years of related experience

Compensation and Benefits:

• Eversource offers a competitive total rewards program. The annual salary range for this position is $94,730.00 to $105,250.00, plus incentive. Employees working in this position may be eligible to receive a rotational shift pay adder upon completion of training. Salary is commensurate with your experience. Working Conditions:

• Must be available to work emergency restoration assignment as required.
• Must be available to travel between MA/CT/NH as necessary.
• This position is categorized as safety-sensitive for the purpose of drug testing. Successful applicants shall be subject to a pre-assignment drug test if the individual is currently in a non-safety sensitive position. As an employee in this position the individual shall be subject to random drug testing. A positive drug test will result in disciplinary action.
